zapin.fun is the product I spend most of my time on. It started as a problem I kept running into, and it is now a real product with real users I talk to directly.

Everything is solo: the product, the landing page, the onboarding emails, the Reddit and X posts that bring people in. Growth is organic, which forces the product to be good enough to talk about.

The current focus is the path to the first paying customer — shortening onboarding, removing steps, and watching where people drop off.
